what you can expect from swish design

We know how frustrating the design process can be. We know you've probably worked with designers in the past who have taken ages to get back to you, or take forever to action simple little requests.

So here's what you can expect from the Swish team

  1. A high level of responsiveness. All emails will be answered or actioned within two working hours.
  2. A high level of delivery. If we tell you something will be ready - it will be ready. If it won't, we'll let you ahead of time and give you a reason why.
  3. A high standard of communication. Our team is friendly, approachable, helpful and above all, good at problem solving!
  4. No Chinese Whispers. You are always communicating with a designer - not a sales or account executive - and this reduces any chances of misinterpreting your requests.
  5. No favourites. Whether you consider yourself "big end of town" or "small fry" - we don't care. We treat all our clients exactly the same.
  6. Transparency. We don't like getting surprises in invoices so we imagine you don't either. If a job evolves beyond the original scope and will incur extra costs, we'll let you know BEFORE you incur these extra costs
  7. Experience. Our team has over 25 years experience in the design industry. We know what works and what doesn't. This means less mucking around and less cost to you!
