The Data Cable System ("DCS") provides reception of free-to-air TV stations (after payment of an initial connection fee) including ABC, SBS, WIN TV and GWN, ABC 2 and will accommodate future pay TV, high-speed internet access and other internet based services.

The advantage of the DCS is that it avoids the need to erect any outside TV antennae or satellite dishes.

Fencing

Each home site will be sold with all side and rear fencing provided by MillBridge Private Estate.*

In accordance with the investment protection covenants , the Lifestyle home sites will have side and rear fences constructed of painted and capped Hardifence™, whilst the boundary fence fronting Millars Creek will be constructed of post and rail, with wire infill fencing.

The Easy Living and Family home sites will be provided with side and rear fencing constructed of painted and capped Hardifence™.

All Hardifence™ and capping will be painted in a “wheat” colour.

Landscaping

Landscaping packages are provided to each home site.*

The package will vary between the Easy Living, Family and Lifestyle home sites.
