Access to MillBridge Private Estate is via Eaton Drive which intersects with the Perth to Bunbury Highway.

Just an 8 minute drive from the thriving City of Bunbury, Restaurants, Beaches, Cinemas, Target and Big W, MillBridge Private Estate is conveniently located to major transport routes as well as excellent shopping, employment, educational and recreational facilities.

The name MillBridge derives its origin from a combination of Millars Creek, which runs through the estate and the numerous existing and future bridges that span the nearby and surrounding waterways.

Millars Creek, as it is commonly known, is actually registered as Paradise Creek with the Department of Water.  Millars Creek is reportedly named after a local resident having the surname Millar who regularly fished the Creek, rather than after a nearby timber mill as was first thought.

The MillBridge Private Estate logo was carefully developed to best reflect the features of the locality.  The logo reflects the meandering waterways of Millars Creek and the Collie River with a bridge spanning the waters.  Native bushland lining the two waterways is illustrated along with a Pelican representing the local fauna of the area, whilst the predominant colours of blue represent the water and the green the native flora.
