The judges said:
"Millbridge Private Estate is a total surprise package. Tucked away off the by-pass in the Eaton/Australind area where the surrounding suburbs make increase market capitalization difficult this project has achieved significant outcomes.
The judges were particularly impressed with the level to which the planning approached the creek interface with the development considering both environmental and social aspects.
With strong market acceptance for this new approach to development in the area the estate has gained strong returns well above the surrounding precincts.
