West Cape Property Group is a boutique property development company based in Subiaco. Specialising in developments in Perth and the South West they required a contemporary and professional corporate image that was reflective of its West Australian origins.

Combining the concept of a breaking wave with the clients’ preferred colours of gray and blue, and working in close consultation with West Cape Director, Kim Lawrance, Swish Design was able to create a logotype that was striking yet professional and elegant.

Elements of the breaking wave have been carried through in all company collateral including stationery, signage and advertising giving instant recognition of the brand.

Swish Design has successfully created a distinctive and professional corporate image for West Cape Property Group with a logo that reflects the dynamic nature of the company and the property development industry. Based on our initial brief Swish Design developed a corporate image concept which was refined through consultation to create an easily identifiable brand.
